Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, ship the items back to us with the provided return label.

  4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned items.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Returns are free for orders over $60; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
